En combinant m\u00e9ditation guid\u00e9e<\/strong> et travail sur le dessin\/l\u2019\u00e9criture<\/strong>, je vous accompagne \u00e0 connecter et prendre soin des parts enfantines int\u00e9rieures,<\/strong> qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9prim\u00e9es et qui demandent \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le concept d‘enfant int\u00e9rieur<\/strong> n’est pas nouveau. Freud en parlait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re lorsqu’il parlait du refoulement <\/strong>dans l’inconscient pour \u00e9viter de souffrir.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’enfant s’adapte<\/strong>, il fait au mieux pour se repr\u00e9senter le monde<\/strong> qu’il d\u00e9couvre et int\u00e8gre \u00e0 travers son environnement familial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lorsque son syst\u00e8me nerveux et \u00e9motionnel est mis \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve<\/strong>, et qu’il n’est pas accompagn\u00e9 pour se repr\u00e9senter ce qu’il vient de vivre, alors une partie de lui s’\u00e9teint,<\/strong> s’enfouit, se contracte, reste bloqu\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il se met \u00e0 trouver des strat\u00e9gies de survie \u00e9motionnelle<\/strong> soit dans l’hypervigilance, le contr\u00f4le, le \u00a0\u00bb people-pleasing \u00ab\u00a0, l’\u00e9vitement de l’intimit\u00e9 etc.. etc… qui vont devenir notre fa\u00e7on d’\u00eatre au monde<\/strong>, de fa\u00e7on quasi-automatique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Derri\u00e8re l’apaisement de cet enfant<\/strong>, parce que nous allons choisir de le consid\u00e9rer, d’enfin oser regarder son \u00e9motion, sa blessure<\/strong>, la zone d’ombre… se trouvent les tr\u00e9sors <\/strong>de notre \u00eatre qui ne demandent qu’\u00e0 se d\u00e9voiler : l\u2019enfant reconnu, entendu et lib\u00e9r\u00e9 nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le ses envies de rire, de jouer, de danser\u2026. de ne pas se prendre au s\u00e9rieux\u2026. et de cr\u00e9er !!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
