Qui suis-je ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mon parcours m\u2019a conduite \u00e0 explorer les domaines de la Petite Enfance<\/strong>, de l’\u00c9ducation<\/strong>, de la Psychologie <\/strong>et des pratiques psychocorporelles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D’abord Animatrice dans la Petite Enfance <\/strong>(2-6 ans) \u00e0 La Maison des Enfants \u00e0 Bordeaux , je reprends en 2011 mes \u00e9tudes pour devenir enseignante d\u2019anglais<\/strong> en coll\u00e8ge et lyc\u00e9e, m\u00e9tier que j\u2019exercerai pendant 10 ans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendant ces dix ann\u00e9es, je constate \u00e0 quel point certains \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont besoin d\u2019une attention particuli\u00e8re afin de pouvoir progresser dans leurs apprentissages. Je d\u00e9cide alors de me tourner vers l\u2019accompagnement individuel. 
Passionn\u00e9e par la psychologie des profondeurs<\/strong> de Carl G. Jung<\/strong>, je me forme \u00e0 ses concepts et \u00e0 l’Interpr\u00e9tation des R\u00eaves<\/strong> avec Manijeh Nouri (Toulouse).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je poursuis ma formation \u00e0 l’\u00e9cole SAVOIR PSY (Paris) en vue de devenir Psychopraticienne Humaniste<\/strong>, o\u00f9 je me sp\u00e9cialise en Gestalt-th\u00e9rapie, relaxoth\u00e9rapie analytique, et dans le travail psychocorporel en lien avec le v\u00e9cu \u00e9motionnel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passionn\u00e9e de Danse – Th\u00e9rapie, je me forme \u00e0 travers divers ateliers depuis 2019 . L’essence de ce travail th\u00e9rapeutique, appel\u00e9 aussi Expression Primitive<\/strong>, explore le rythme<\/strong>, la pulsation<\/strong>, la voix <\/strong>et la symbolisation. Il s’inscrit \u00e9galement dans une approche globale de la personne : corps – \u00e9motionnel – esprit. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le lien m\u00e8re-enfant,<\/strong> les questions des enjeux de l\u2019attachement m\u00e8re-enfant<\/strong>, l\u2019impact de la n\u00e9gligence \u00e9motionnelle<\/strong>, les non-dits et leurs cons\u00e9quences<\/strong>, les traumas en creux<\/strong> (par r\u00e9p\u00e9tition insidieuse) et\/ou la violence (affich\u00e9e ou plus psychologique) \u00e0 l\u2019origine des difficult\u00e9s et troubles psychiques sont des sujets qui me tiennent particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019ai moi-m\u00eame fait un solide travail personnel th\u00e9rapeutique<\/strong> Jungien pendant quinze ann\u00e9es<\/strong>, ainsi qu\u2019un travail de groupe en danse-th\u00e9rapie <\/strong>sur 4 ann\u00e9es et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de la supervision de mes pairs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je suis r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des ateliers travaillant sur le corps<\/strong> et la voix<\/strong>, et j\u2019ai personnellement exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 diverses pratiques psychocorporelles<\/strong> durant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es tels que la sophrologie, l\u2019haptonomie, Le Tai Chi et Qi Gong, la danse africaine , et le yoga kundalini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
